Shipping Policy

We ship all items from our fulfillment Center directly to you. We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders.
Note: The current average response time is 1-3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday from 9 am-5 pm (EST).

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, except on public US holidays.
Shipping time may vary depending upon the destination, however, usually, most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

You will be emailed or texted a tracking number once your product has been shipped.
The tracking number can be used to monitor the status and anticipated delivery date for your order.

CUSTOM & TAXES

Please be aware that some states may impose taxes or customs fees on items. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reflected in the price of the item or the cost of shipping.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us right away. We will try to halt the shipment if our fulfillment center has not yet processed your order.

When an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If your order qualifies for a return and you have received it, you may return it to us.

We are unable to change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.

In case of the wrong shipping address contact us as soon as possible, so we could amend the possible changes only if your order has not yet been processed. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the charges.

RETURNING ORDERS

  • An order may be returned to us for the following reasons:
  • Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout.
  • Order was not collected in time.
  • Additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees were left unpaid.

You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges except for the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.

We’re working hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible. We cannot, however, promise delivery by a specific date due to possible delays in order processing. We appreciate your support and perseverance.
